Who We Are

I became a Dance & Yoga teacher to pass on my knowledge and experience. To help anyone keep fit, healthy & feel great about them selves be it through dance, yoga or a relaxing treatment. I had a successful career as a professional dancer for 20 years. Then trained to become a Yoga teacher. I also have a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and Sports Therapy. ITEC, VTCT, IFPA 
I provide both Children & Adult classes from high intensity fitness, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Children's Yoga, Ballet Yoga, Ballet, Tap, Jazz ,Commercial hip hop & Audition preparation & Choreography, We like to provide a fun & positive approach to health & fitness and suited to each individual.

My children’s Yoga class is 1 hour full of fun &  creative imagination Aimed at primary school age group.

Coming from a performing arts background my yoga classes incorporate aspects of Drama, Singing & Dance to make my class creative &  fun while building confidence, self asteem & reducing anxiety & stress. 

‘Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.’
